📋 Description

• Supports client services efforts in a critical way • Connects the activities of the agency to Precision AQ’s clients • Responsible for implementing projects to promote and support client deliverables • Drives daily tasks by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and leading client communications • Operates as lead point of contact on assigned projects • Provides quality control of client deliverables • Manages both internal and external client expectations • Coordinates and participates in content planning meetings • Responsible for overall management and delivery of individual client project assignments • Facilitates medical-legal-regulatory review process for compliance • Works with Project Management team to develop timelines and communicate milestones • Executes projects according to timelines and budgets • Takes detailed notes during client interactions and prepares contact reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject • At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Flexibility for possible travel up to 5% • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience is a plus • Experience with writing SOWs and project briefs, as well as the ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents is preferred, but not required.
