📋 Description
• Serve as the primary medical and scientific strategic lead supporting psychiatry-focused clinical study opportunities, including business development and proposal support, and bid defense meetings. • Act as the go-to medical expert in psychiatry, providing expert medical and scientific input on clinical development programs for internal teams and external customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute study design, protocol development, and patient recruitment strategies. • Provide strategic medical and scientific input for psychiatry-related consulting projects. • Drive awareness of Premier's leadership in the psychiatry/neurology space by participating as a subject matter expert in marketing activities and scientific engagement opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• MD with board certification in psychiatry • At least 3–5 years of clinical practice experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience • At least 5 years in clinical development, preferably within a sponsor organization • Expert-level knowledge of psychiatry drug development; device experience is a plus • Expert-level knowledge of GCP regulations • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen • Commitment to upholding industry ethics and scientific standards • Ability to travel up to 50%
