📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and prospective customers • Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outbound outreach • Present and sell managed services solutions including IT support, cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and related technologies • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points, business objectives, and technology needs • Create proposals, pricing, and service agreements tailored to client requirements • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and client information within CRM systems • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals • Stay current on industry trends, technology solutions, and competitor offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Executive, Business Development, or Sales experience within Managed Services, IT Services, or Technology Solutions • Experience selling into commercial/mid-market organizations • Strong understanding of managed services offerings, including cloud, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT support services • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
