📋 Description

• Optimise, test, and integrate frontier image/video models from research to production • Build developer APIs with clean ergonomics, strong documentation, and predictable behaviour • Design evaluations and observability systems to rank outputs and understand quality changes • Improve distributed job scheduling for throughput, latency, fairness, and cost • Read the latest papers to identify methods for future improvements • Use current AI/agentic tooling to accelerate debugging, experimentation, and iteration • Ship models, features, and improvements affecting latency, quality, and uptime

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent programming skills and ability to ship quickly • First-principles thinking and comfort with hard problems • Willingness to learn machine learning rapidly • No specific degree or background required; demonstrate what you have built and how you think • Bonus: inference/GPU performance, distributed systems, or high-scale APIs • Bonus: evaluation/ranking pipelines or human-in-the-loop review systems • Bonus: strong history of open-source contributions
