• Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution • Act as operational anchor during business changes • Legally safeguard the business in grievances and consultations • Update policies in line with UK&I legislation • Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects
• Proven track record of managing a complex, sensitive ER caseload • In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation • Practical experience navigating change programs, organisational restructures, trade union consultations • CIPD qualification • Pragmatic problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities with agility
