📋 Description

• Manage small initiatives end-to-end, keeping scope, timelines, and quality aligned • Apply agile, right-sized project management practices • Maintain decision, action, risk, and issue logs • Follow up with team members across the business to keep commitments on schedule • Gather updates and maintain dashboards for business leads and senior executives • Facilitate regular project huddles • Document key decisions • Maintain PMO tools as the single source of truth • Refine team administration • Manage intake requests • Maintain digital workspaces

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in project management, PMO, or operations • Preferably experience within a technology-led environment or software function • Ability to manage time independently and prioritise tasks in a busy environment • Ability to collaborate virtually across multiple channels • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels • Exceptional organisational habits and high standards for data accuracy • Proactive mindset and ability to flag risks before they become roadblocks • Practical experience with project management software • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides • Foundational understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) • CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent formal project management training is a plus
