• Leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets while fostering strong client relationships. • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing client accounts. • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing, content, and technology initiatives. • Leveraging market insights and performance data to guide decision-making and refine sales strategies. • Supporting the business during a phase of rapid expansion and excelling in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the marketing or entertainment industries. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams. • Ability to analyse complex data and develop strategic plans. • Exceptional verbal and written communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong relationship-building skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. • Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic setting.
