📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services following Domain-Driven Design principles • Take full technical ownership of features from design through deployment and monitoring • Build and orchestrate agentic workflows where AI models take actions, call tools, and solve tasks with minimal human intervention • Participate in architecture decisions • Ensure code quality through SDD, TDD, and BDD methodologies • Collaborate on code reviews, refinements, and technical planning • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security risks using OWASP and SOLID principles • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Bitbucket, GitLab, or GitHub • Produce well-reasoned technical designs before coding

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development • Practical experience with agentic AI systems, including building agents, designing tool use, working with LLM APIs, or automating complex workflows with AI • Strong technical analysis and design skills • Critical thinking and ability to question, challenge, and improve solutions, including AI-tool outputs • Attention to detail; clean, tested, and documented code • True ownership and accountability for production systems • Ability to work autonomously and identify when to raise issues • Proactive attitude and knowledge sharing • Eagerness to learn • Fluent professional English, written and spoken • PHP required • Experience with LLM-powered agents, tool use, MCP integrations, or prompt engineering at an engineering level • Experience with Laravel, Pest, Tailwind CSS, AWS Lambda, SAM Templates, S3, CloudFront, Terraform, Playwright, Robot Framework, Cypress, Grafana, k6, Postman, Claude, Kiro, Bitbucket, Jira/Atlassian suite, CI/CD pipelines, SDD, TDD, BDD, SOLID, DDD, and OWASP • Rust, Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, and Prebid Server are nice to have
