• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and strategic account development • Manage inbound sales inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process • Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Develop and execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information within CRM systems • Stay informed on cosmetic regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitive offerings • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing consulting roles • Experience selling technical, professional, regulatory, compliance, or business services • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance objectives • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to build credibility and establish long-term client relationships • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
