📋 Description

• Coordinate the work of an international team composed of 12 Delegation Directors located throughout the world • Support Delegation Directors and coordinators assisting members across the Association’s 20 geographic delegations • Help deploy services and programs initiated by Headquarters • Prepare and implement local action plans decided within each delegation • Coordinate the work of the Employer Brand team, composed of 2 people • Ensure the best use of HR tools provided to members, including the recruitment website and ATS • Promote the network to relevant schools and institutions capable of providing talent to members • Plan and organize the Association’s main member meetings throughout the year • Organize national or regional delegation meetings and business-specific meetings for chefs, sales teams, and human resources teams • Ensure proper execution of member meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven and solid managerial skills leading a team spread across many countries internationally • Experience managing experienced and autonomous profiles • Experience supporting more junior profiles with strong potential • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with the Association’s members across all countries • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industry • Genuine interest in the hospitality and restaurant sector • Understanding of the luxury sector of this industry • International profile; experience in several different countries is valued • Bilingual: English / French • One additional language, such as Spanish, German or Italian, would be appreciated • Strong desire to travel • Approximately 50% of the year travelling around the world
