📋 Description

• Visit new and existing commercial and domestic customers • Provide bird and rodent-proofing solutions, including bird netting, bird points, and rodent-proofing systems • Clear bird fouling and rodent droppings when required • Install pest control hardware, including external bait stations • Use the Flexi Armour system to prevent pest ingress • Support routine inspections and assist local technicians • Manage job safety, risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices • Oversee job progression from start to finish as a lead technician • Order materials and access required equipment • Manage day-to-day operations independently when required • Provide excellent customer service, identify pest problems, and explore new-business opportunities • Cover the Coventry branch area from Rugby to Hereford

🎯 Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs • May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, overnight and other out-of-hours work • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces • Ability to follow risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices
