📋 Description

• Designing and delivering technology solutions for RFA clients based on current technologies • Working with technical leadership to align with established strategy • Performing R&D processes and creating documentation for implementation and support teams • Supporting sales management and individual deal flow by problem-solving key technical issues for prospective RFA clients • Supporting the sales team in their efforts to close new business, and up-sell and cross-sell RFA’s suite of IT services and solutions to an existing Client base

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a client-interfacing technical sales role • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 components (Azure certifications are highly desired) • Demonstrable track record of successfully drafting and presenting Client-specific technology and architecture solutions to the financial services industry strongly preferred. • Understanding of technology required (cloud, storage, infrastructure, and desktop). • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce or a comparable alternative). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience.
