📋 Description

• Understand how software and technology is used to help solve complex business challenges • Support software sales in various activities throughout the sales cycle • Collaborate closely with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle • Lead value-based discussions and deliver tailored product demonstrations • Translate complex operational risk and process safety challenges into clear, impactful solutions • Work with account executives, product management, implementation teams, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through to successful deployment • Influence product direction and support strategic sales initiatives • Represent the organization as a trusted advisor both internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing/using data management software products • ORM - BS/BA in engineering, computer science, supply chain/commerce, occupational safety or relevant field of study within Operational Risk Management • ORM – Preferred experience with enterprise software in related domain of Operational Risk, Process Safety • ORM – Subject matter expertise within operational risk topics including but not limited to: Process safety, Hazops, LOPA and Permit to Work / Control of Work • Experience in public speaking and in conducting presentations to small- and medium-sized audiences • Analytical, planning and presentation development skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition • Strong attention to detail • High level of initiative and strong business judgment • Ability to work under pressure of multiple deadlines • Sales cycle awareness, sales acumen and marketing skills
