📋 Description

• Build and maintain operational tools, systems, and automations supporting day-to-day Client Services activities • Eliminate manual and repetitive tasks through automation • Drive Pipedrive adoption and ensure high CRM data hygiene • Maintain accurate cross-sell pipelines and account activity reporting • Use Claude and other AI solutions to prototype workflows, automate processes, and create reusable tools for commercial teams • Standardize Account Management deliverables, including business reviews, growth plans, campaign recaps, and renewal proposals • Define quality benchmarks and templates • Review account outputs against established standards to drive consistency across client portfolios • Establish and optimize operational handoffs, including new-client intake and technical alignment on campaign launches • Deliver hands-on onboarding and knowledge-sharing sessions • Maintain current documentation and best-practice guides

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of commercial experience in revenue operations, business systems, sales/client services enablement, business analysis, or a related operational field • Fluency in English (written and verbal) • Confidence to communicate, train, and present solutions to stakeholders at all levels • Experience configuring or administering business tools and workflows such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Asana, Zapier, or Make • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini • Demonstrated ability to turn AI capabilities into practical, daily workflows • Comfort working with structured data and maintaining clean pipelines • Experience establishing structured processes in evolving environments • Basic SQL is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
