• Understanding and demonstrating features, benefits and applications of RWC branded products. • Coordination and planning with Director for market and customer coverage. • Successfully selling to and influencing key audiences of all customers and markets within the territory. • Adoption of Salesforce best practices to sell and track opportunities. • Quarterly forecasting of products and product mix for customers. • Ensuring Salesforce contacts and accounts are maintained accurately. • Daily updates on opportunities and other pertinent information. • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve objectives. • Providing input and assistance with market research and development. • Competent in all aspects of RWC product portfolio to provide training for customers. • Use of RWC sales tools for customer conversion. • Attend industry shows and events to support markets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Experience: The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the water treatment industry. • 3 years of outside sales experience within an assigned territory. • Working knowledge of MS Office and a CRM program is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish customer relationships. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills • Initiative and self-motivation to stay ahead of the competition • Proficient with Microsoft Office products • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
