📋 Description

• Code daily and ship features with production-quality standards • Develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs • Collaborate with business leaders on the roadmap • Make pragmatic, risk-aware decisions balancing innovation with uptime • Translate product strategy into execution in collaboration with the CEO • Investigate customer issues with the engineering team • Launch the Instagram Ads integration • Integrate with AI development and coding platforms • Improve the core platform while preserving near-100% uptime and developer-first quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven impact at senior levels • Strong expertise in software design and architecture • Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems • Hands-on coding skills in NodeJS, React, Firebase, and APIs • Interest in integrating with AI platforms and vibe coding tools • Deep understanding of software quality practices, including testing, CI/CD, and documentation • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote-first, asynchronous environment • Pragmatic problem-solving ability, balancing speed with quality
