📋 Description

• Own revenue generation: Prospect daily, build pipeline, book meetings, close deals, and grow your book of business • Deliver training & coaching: Lead engaging, high-impact training and coaching sessions (virtual and in-person) • Drive account growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients • Build relationships: Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience that drives retention • Customize training experiences: Adapt content and develop learning experiences within our LMS • Collaborate on content: Partner with the team on curriculum and program development • Build your brand: Maintain a professional presence that supports credibility and visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in B2B sales and sales leadership; SaaS or channel sales experience is a plus • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills • Excellent time management and self-discipline • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment • Coachability and the ability to adapt quickly • Confidence under pressure and a genuine desire to help others improve.
