📋 Description

• Support the UK and Ireland Public Sector and Education Marketing Cloud Sales team • Present Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to operational marketing and IT teams, C-level executives, and public servants • Deliver memorable presentations and solution demonstrations • Support discussions of marketing solutions at all levels of detail • Work with extended teams to plan and implement targeted engagement campaigns • Conduct deep client discovery and ensure presentations and demonstrations address identified business challenges • Create impactful presentation and solution demonstration content using storytelling • Maximize the impact of Marketing Cloud solution messaging in language that resonates with customers • Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements • Innovate Salesforce solutions to improve customer and colleague experience

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Solution Consultant, Consultant, or Project Lead, ideally in marketing technology • Experience using Codex, Claude Code, or another AI tool to code, configure, or craft assets is a strong plus • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next • Ability to work with an extended team to plan and implement targeted engagement campaigns • Curiosity and tenacity to undertake deep, relevant client discovery • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills • Comfortable presenting to teams, occasionally larger groups, CMOs, and senior officers • Results-driven mentality • Ability to work across multiple concurrent customer engagements • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively • Up-to-date knowledge of customer marketing, martech, customer experience, and customer engagement trends • Appetite to innovate Salesforce solutions • Passion for continual personal development • Public Sector or Education experience is excellent but not crucial • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) is excellent but not crucial • Relevant digital marketing qualifications or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency are excellent but not crucial • Experience with product management or implementation is excellent but not crucial
