📋 Description

• Lead G&A hiring across EMEA, partnering with business leaders and planning hiring by function • Build Early Talent programs in EMEA, including New Grad and Intern hiring • Grow university relations and campus pipelines • Coordinate planning and execution with headquarters and local engineering leaders • Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels • Manage the recruiting pipeline from sourcing through onboarding • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Use data to refine recruiting strategy and influence hiring decisions • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through hiring programs • Partner with People, Legal, Finance, and Mobility to streamline hiring and address country-specific requirements • Mentor peers and foster a culture of learning within the recruitment team • Embed Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience • Preferably experience in a tech organisation with a very high hiring bar • Proven experience building Early Talent programs • Experience hiring Engineering New Grads and Interns in the UK (mandatory) • Experience hiring G&A roles such as Finance, People, Legal, and IT in EMEA • Concise, professional, and proactive communication • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and executive presence • Experience working with diverse business leaders and switching context rapidly • Comfortable implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies • Strong analytical skills for hiring data analysis and forecasting hiring needs • Ability to optimize AI tools for candidate experience and efficient workflows • Deep understanding of EMEA talent market trends • Proven outbound sourcing for technical and specialist talent in a competitive market • Legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location
