• Define and deliver the UK sales strategy in partnership with the UK Country Leader and leadership team. • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance and revenue targets. • Ensure strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline performance, and reporting to senior leadership. • Improve sales performance through increased volume, margin growth, and disciplined sales methodologies. • Lead negotiations for high-value and long-term customer contracts, presenting compelling cost–benefit business cases. • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and future service opportunities aligned with client strategies.
• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong background in HCM, HR Tech, or SaaS environments. • Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close. • Inspirational leader with strong coaching, communication, and C-suite stakeholder engagement skills. • Highly results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
