• Own new logo acquisition across major 3PLs, and shippers. • Break into target accounts and multithread across sustainability, IT, and executive buyers. • Proactively build and convert pipeline through outbound, networking, and events. • Run sharp discovery to uncover operational and carbon-reduction priorities • Control the deal cycle end-to-end — objection handling, negotiation, and closing. • Deliver compelling demos and articulate clear ROI and operational impact • Lead negotiations and drive deals from first meeting to signed contract • Consistently meet and exceed new ARR targets • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate forecasting • Create urgency in long-cycle enterprise sales environments and a market that doesn’t move fast by default.
• 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (remote) • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight tech is a bonus
