📋 Description

• Interpret complex contracts and translate requirements into clear guidance for internal teams • Monitor contractual compliance and performance, using management information to identify risks and inform action • Act as a key contact for commissioners on contractual matters, sharing communications and attending meetings as required • Build effective relationships across business units and with external stakeholders • Prepare analysis and reports for internal and external audiences • Support risk controls, contribute to the Group’s risk register and help teams prepare for internal and external audits • Champion best practice and uphold data protection, safeguarding and company policies • Help business units understand contractual obligations and support successful contract delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in successfully managing complex public and/or private sector funded contracts • Management of Commissioner relationships • Understanding of principles of contract management • A good contractual / legal knowledge and understanding • Experience with negotiation • Understanding complex performance data • Ability to work flexibly and travel to locations across the UK • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults • Compliance with Prevent Duty and modern British values • May be required to process a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS/DS) check, dependent on the role
