📋 Description

• Complete routine quality assurance activities, including participant file checks, employer engagement reviews, and compliance audits • Ensure all documentation meets SEQF and contractual standards • Record findings accurately and escalate risks where necessary • Support operational teams in understanding and implementing quality requirements • Track completion of actions arising from quality checks and prepare for audits

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, contract compliance, or a similar role • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent communication abilities • Experience interpreting compliance standards and producing high-quality reports
