📋 Description
• Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients in the field • Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment • Conduct regular maintenance checks and provide technical assistance • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Document service activities and maintain accurate records
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Electro mechanics, mechanics, electricity, electro technics or similar • 3 year experience in a similar function is an asset • Customer oriented and problem solving attitude with high sense of responsibility • Fluent in English • Computer literate (min. MS Office) • Knowledge of programming a PLC, preferably Siemens, is an advantage
