📋 Description

• Support a key client of Simmons & Simmons as an Adaptive consultant • Negotiate agreements with minimal supervision • Engage regularly with a sponsoring Partner and client team • Work remotely on a full-time basis • Use Simmons & Simmons’ firm resources and Know-how • Participate in training, development, networking events, webinars, and firmwide events

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch qualified lawyer • Corporate commercial experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment • Experience working with tech, market data, and facilities contracts • Problem-solving ability and collaborative approach • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of the wider team • Relevant right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of the employer’s background screening process
