📋 Description
• Act as the first point of contact for customers • Ensure customer satisfaction • Manage the vehicle fleet • Make tailored offers and deliver a special customer experience • Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries • Perform a variety of tasks in the branch
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales • Communicative and articulate in English • Flexible, team-oriented and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays • Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
