📋 Description

• Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to equip Account Executives with proven sales strategies and industry expertise • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients • Present competitive renewal proposals to retain and grow commercial accounts • Stay informed on energy market trends, tariffs, and regulatory changes affecting natural gas and electricity supply • Conduct volume analysis and deliver customized savings reports to clients • Generate sales activity reports to assess growth opportunities and pipeline performance • Collaborate across departments and contribute to broader organizational initiatives • Engage with potential clients and referral sources in deregulated energy markets across multiple states • Take on additional tasks and strategic projects as needed to support business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or; Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience. • Proven track record in B2B sales, energy consulting, or account management preferred. • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
