📋 Description

• Provide market leadership by managing and developing teammates to maximize productivity, billing utilization, profitability, and customer service delivery • Drive customer relationships and local market achievement against Smart Care’s financial objectives through ethical and sound business practices • Establish and execute plans to drive new sales • Coordinate the rollout and service of new chain accounts • Achieve targeted sales, productivity, utilization, and profit goals • Grow and retain market share through premier customer service and sales initiatives • Build customer relationships and drive customer retention through significant face-to-face customer time • Coach technicians one-on-one to improve skills and abilities and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and objectives • Conduct ride-along fieldwork focused on technical competencies, safety, and service • Use local sourcing and recruiting to identify candidates for future technician openings

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 5 or more years of management/supervisory experience in a service related industry • 2 or more years of previous P&L ownership and responsibility • 3 or more years of customer relationship development and management experience • Willingness to travel within the market and spend significant time with current and potential customers • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 year history) • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role • Associate or Bachelors’ Degree preferred • Previous business to business sales experience preferred • Multi-unit restaurant management or technical field operations management experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated selection, hiring, and team development skills • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision • PC skills including MS Office and ability to quickly learn new applications
