📋 Description

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the interiors and luxury retail fit-out markets in Europe • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities • Close high-value deals for commercial workspaces, offices, and retail fit-outs • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives • Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets • Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO in Dubai on business development activities and sales progress • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UK interiors and fit-out industry • Must have in-depth knowledge of the interiors, retail furniture, and luxury fit-out markets • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in the industry • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets • Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
