• Building and maintaining sales-focused dashboards via PowerBI • Producing visually compelling reporting within specified cadences, as needed by business leaders • Managing financial forecasts and sales projections based on available business data • Analyzing data to evaluate monthly and annual sales and forecast goals • Producing presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements • Analyzing sales-related data trends and reporting key findings to leadership • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends • Collaborating with managers and staff to implement financial plans • Addressing requests for ad hoc data reporting needs • Identifying, documenting, and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement • All other duties as assigned by manager
• Strong research and data analysis skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, able to interact with cross-functional teams, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer service mindset required • Proficiency with ERP a plus - NetSuite preferred • Strong experience with business intelligence tools - PowerBI preferred. • 2+ years of sales analysis experience required • Previous general accounting or financial reporting experience • In-depth Excel and/or Google Sheets knowledge
