📋 Description

• Lead complex, EMEA-wide projects and campaigns through build, testing, activation, and reporting setup in Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager • Coordinate with in-market stakeholders across EMEA and act as a subject matter expert by providing training and support • Implement content and assets in Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager for emails, landing pages, and forms across multiple EMEA markets • Deliver one-off sends and automated campaigns while ensuring full testing and consistent standards • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, list segmentation, and post-campaign reporting via Eloqua Insight • Align approaches across EMEA countries to improve data quality and cycle time • Monitor Marketing Automation work queues across EMEA and ensure campaign requests meet SLA targets • Escalate platform issues and coordinate with the aligned EMEA Marketing Automation Specialist and regional stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2–3 years of equivalent work experience in Oracle Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Excel, and Salesforce • Experience working and influencing in a multinational organization • High degree of accuracy and ability to work at a detailed level daily • Good organization and time management skills • Eloqua Certification or Eloqua training • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects • Strong verbal, analytical, and written communication skills in English • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Salesforce.com certification is a major plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
