📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Sophos Endpoint Windows Platform • Develop the Windows platform strategy, including modernization, operating system readiness, security controls, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, reliability, and deployment success • Work with Microsoft on strategic roadmap initiatives, ecosystem changes, platform dependencies, security integrations, and early engagement opportunities • Translate operating system changes, customer needs, threat landscape shifts, partner requirements, and business priorities into an executable product roadmap • Partner with Engineering to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, sequence investments, and deliver Windows endpoint capabilities • Serve as Windows platform product owner for cross-portfolio teams including Sophos XDR, EDR, MDR, Workspace Protection, X-Ops, NG-SIEM, and Endpoint Management • Use endpoint telemetry, customer feedback, field input, support trends, competitive analysis, and platform data to prioritize work • Develop launch narratives, field guidance, partner messaging, customer-facing positioning, adoption plans, and roadmap communication • Represent Sophos in customer councils, executive briefings, partner conversations, Microsoft engagements, competitive reviews, analyst discussions, and internal strategy forums

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, platform product management, endpoint security, enterprise security, Windows platform, or adjacent technical product experience • Extensive understanding of the Windows operating system and platform • Knowledge of endpoint security architecture, kernel and user-mode considerations, security controls, deployment models, diagnostics, performance, compatibility, operating system lifecycle, and platform change management • Demonstrated success defining and shipping platform capabilities • Experience working with strategic technology partners, ideally including Microsoft • Strong technical fluency across endpoint protection, detection and response, agent architecture, telemetry, update systems, operating system compatibility, and enterprise endpoint administration • Ability to translate technical platform work into roadmap priorities, executive narratives, customer value, sales enablement, partner guidance, and adoption plans • Experience building or enabling go-to-market plans for enterprise security products • Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without employer sponsorship
