📋 Description

• Translate regional and business strategy into clear executable store plans. • Act as a visible and credible leader driving adoption of new ways of working. • Identify commercial opportunities and operational improvement areas. • Analyse area performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity. • Own delivery of area performance across sales budgets and growth targets. • Lead consistent execution of standards across payroll, stock accuracy, shrinkage, health & safety and loss prevention. • Lead, coach and develop Store and Cluster Managers to strengthen commercial capability.
