📋 Description

• Support delivery of the fundraising strategy in communities to grow income and support for Action for Children • Steward supporters in London and South East England, including sports participants, fundraising groups, community corporate partners, DIY fundraisers, and Methodists • Support fundraising campaigns and activities across London and South East England in line with the relationship fundraising strategy • Assist with stewardship of local volunteer fundraising groups, organisations, clubs, and businesses • Manage administrative setup and support of Action Squads, volunteer-led fundraising groups • Attend challenge events and support sports participants fundraising across the UK • Demonstrate accountability to supporters and volunteers through an open, honest, transparent, and consistent approach • Support delivery of financial and non-financial targets and local outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering successful fundraising activity to achieve income growth • Proven experience networking and developing and stewarding relationships • Excellent personal relationships with senior external and internal stakeholders, donors, and volunteers • Ability to manage challenging and demanding situations to deliver events and fundraising activities • Ability to project manage volunteer teams against specific financial goals where appropriate • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite • DBS Basic vetting level required • Unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
