📋 Description

• Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey. • Engage with clients via chat and calls to understand their business context. • Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements. • Occasionally deliver product demos to help clients understand relevant use cases. • Explain integration approaches, requirements, and workflows. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams to share client feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts, including transaction monitoring, crypto compliance and Travel Rule requirements. • Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions, including reviewing APIs. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements using a standardised template. • Confident managing multiple prospects in parallel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
