• Lead the daily operations of the sales team , coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential • Support Sales Reps during discovery calls, pitches, and contract negotiations • Co-develop and implement sales strategies to meet new customer acquisition goals • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process • Analyse sales activities and deliver regular performance reports to drive data-informed decisions
• Strong experience in B2B enterprise sales for middle and large accounts, as well as in SaaS/HR Tech environment • Proven success in leadership and coaching of high-performing Sales teams • Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation strategies , and CRM tools like HubSpot • Solid understanding of Marketing and Customer Success workflows • Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimize strategies and processes • German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
