📋 Description

• Generate leads through consistent outbound efforts via phone, social channels and email. • Evolve the outbound motion: shape playbooks, refine processes, run experiments and set standards to sustainably build our outbound engine. • End-to-end deal ownership: take full responsibility from first contact to closing — hands-on, motivated and proactive. • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting so pipeline quality, data integrity and predictability are reliable and we can make the right strategic moves. • Work closely with Marketing and Account Management.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience and confidently manage deals from first outreach through to closing. • You master value-based selling (e.g., SPICED): you identify business problems, ask the right questions and clearly link them to our product value. • You have an active outbound mindset including cold calling and consistently generate new opportunities to build a stable, sustainable pipeline. • You demonstrate sales execution excellence: you forecast accurately, maintain strong CRM discipline and approach your tasks in a structured way. • You communicate clearly and persuasively with customers and internal stakeholders. • You live ownership: you work reliably, take responsibility for your deals and results, and actively share best practices to support colleagues’ development. • You are fluent in German and have very good English skills. Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates for this role without fluent German.
