📋 Description

• Drive sales of Reinsurance Solutions products, consulting services and analytics projects • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients • Conduct client needs analyses to identify opportunities across diverse channels • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet/exceed sales objectives

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience in sales • Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance industry across underwriting, claims, risk management, and technology preferred • Strong existing network within the P&C sector • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets • Exceptional prospecting and lead-generation skills • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers • Committed to exceptional client service
