📋 Description

• Build and extend agentic systems with new tools, sub-agents, and prompt iterations • Develop an end-to-end evaluation framework for multiple production agentic products • Create golden datasets, LLM-as-judge pipelines, regression suites, and production-trace mining workflows • Gate changes through evaluation and CI integrations so regressions block pull requests • Review production traces and identify failure modes for triage • Collaborate with AI and software engineers on agentic systems • Partner with QA, product, Danny, and the wider R&D department on evaluation coverage and customer-insight data • Improve agent graphs through tools, sub-agents, and routing improvements • Automate engineering work and help shape Synera's next AI-native generation • Become a go-to person for evaluation methodology at Synera

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in Germany • Designed and shipped agent graphs in production with LangGraph or equivalent, including supervisor/sub-agent patterns, tool design, and prompt iteration • Built or meaningfully contributed to an LLM evaluation pipeline, including LLM-as-judge design, calibration against human labels, dataset versioning, and statistical reasoning regarding confidence intervals, sample sizes, and false positives • Production-grade Python experience using FastAPI and PostgreSQL • Experience with at least two of Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Bedrock, or Vertex AI • Familiarity with Langfuse, LangSmith, or similar tracing tools • Experience implementing retries, error handling, or graceful degradation for reliability • Alignment with Synera's Core Values • Clear communication and willingness to push back when disagreeing
