📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex engineering projects focused on user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth • Break initiatives into manageable stages with predictable timelines • Make trade-offs between speed, experimentation, and long-term scalability • Partner with product and data to prioritize high-impact work and maximize business outcomes • Identify and fill team skill gaps in experimentation, performance, and conversion optimization • Collaborate with recruiting to attract and retain top talent • Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement • Support engineers in delivering measurable impact and developing their careers • Navigate difficult conversations while balancing business urgency with technical quality • Foster a collaborative, high-velocity team culture • Lead the Agents Platform team building a reliable, low-latency platform with consistent uptime and broad model and voice type support • Collaborate with R&D to productionize their work and with Product to address immediate needs • Participate in a five-call interview process covering people management, technical leadership, program management, cross-functional strategy, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-impact, user-facing projects, ideally 4+ years • Ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with clear business metrics • Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals • Ability to track performance and help team members improve output and impact • Excellent communication skills in cross-functional environments involving product, data, and design • Relevant engineering background building scalable SaaS products • Experience with growth, experimentation, or conversion optimization is a strong plus • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship • Ability to maintain right to work without ongoing employer support • Full-time employment only; contractors are not possible
