📋 Description

• Support compensation, benefits and reward activities across UK and European markets • Analyse compensation data • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations • Support salary and incentive review cycles • Contribute to pay transparency, job architecture and reward system enhancements • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations • Produce reward reporting and analysis • Manage reward-related projects and queries • Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, data accuracy and colleague experience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a Total Rewards position supporting UK and European markets • Experience ideally within a large, complex organisation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities • Experience using HR information systems, preferably Workday • Confident communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations • Strong attention to detail • Excellent relationship-building skills • Sound judgement • Ability to manage competing priorities independently • Proactive, continuous improvement mindset • Commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work
