📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Liquidlogic implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects • Act as a senior escalation point for customer challenges • Provide leadership, coaching, and line management support to Project Managers and delivery teams • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders • Support customers through technology implementation and organisational change • Ensure projects are planned, governed, resourced, and delivered according to customer expectations and contractual commitments • Review Statements of Work and contribute to project mobilisation • Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, revenue delivery, and overall project health • Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations through resolution • Support resource planning and capacity management across concurrent projects • Collaborate with local authority stakeholders, delivery teams, technical specialists, and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments • Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders • Experience working within Local Government, Social Care, Education, Public Sector, or related technology environments • Proven experience delivering large-scale software implementation, transformation, or change projects • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and operational teams • Demonstrable experience managing project budgets, forecasts, commercial performance, and resource planning • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery methodologies • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills • Flexible and collaborative approach • Desirable: experience delivering local authority case management platforms • Desirable: knowledge of Children's Services, Adult Social Care, or Education services • Desirable: formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent
