• End-to-End Verantwortung für den Plattformbetrieb (Run) durch aktive Steuerung und Performance-Management von Accenture entlang definierter SLAs/OLAs • Aufbau & Koordination der Community der Service-Verantwortlichen der einzelnen TAP Kunden inkl. Etablierung von Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsprozessen • Etablierung und Review des Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release-Management für die gesamte Plattform • Sicherstellung von Servicequalität und Stabilität • Eskalationsmanagement und Stakeholder-Kommunikation • Kontinuierliche Service-Optimierung (KPIs, Reviews, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management (bspw. nach ITILv4) • Souverän in der Steuerung externer Provider, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Accenture oder ähnlichen System Integratoren • Klarer Business-Fokus, idealerweise Erfahrung im Kontext Energiewirtschaft • Operative Stärke, klare Kommunikation, Entscheidungsfreude • Erfahrung mit Plattform- und Betriebsmodellen im Enterprise-Umfeld • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch ist ein Plus
