📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation through strategic outbound prospecting into defined mid-market segments (typically 5–50+ locations) • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and demonstrate a strong understanding of each prospect’s business • Engage senior stakeholders—including Owners, Founders, CMOs, and Operations leaders—in value-driven conversations • Uncover pain points related to customer engagement, retention, and growth through thoughtful discovery • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and reporting • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging and targeting

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally selling into mid-market or SMB+ accounts • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on personalization • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and outreach efforts • Metrics-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Experience selling SaaS, martech, fintech, or restaurant/retail technology is a strong asset
