📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive threat assessment management for client staff and operations. • Conduct behavioral threat assessments, case management, and related security management services addressing external threats. • Apply subject matter expertise and adhere to prescribed program policies and procedures. • Coordinate with cross-functional program groups for immediate and collaborative incident management. • Develop and maintain comprehensive regional threat research. • Identify, investigate, analyze, and manage global threats to executive staff and employees. • Produce timely, concise, actionable threat analysis products for cross-functional groups, executive staff protection, and enterprise-wide security operations. • Guide open-source intelligence analysts using law enforcement databases, social media platforms, and the deep/dark web. • Manage relationships with local law enforcement partners and investigative, research, intelligence groups, and vendors. • Work with the client’s customer service team on threats. • Maintain global situational awareness and prepare impact analyses. • Work on complex security incidents with multiple stakeholders. • Lead regional cross-functional program syncs to improve threat capabilities. • Assist program development through workflow creation, threat methodology research, and planning products. • Communicate security issues effectively to audiences ranging from senior executives to entry-level employees. • Conform with regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. • Up to 10% travel required. • 3-5 years of experience in threat analysis, ideally behavioral threat assessment, and threat management. • Experience supporting a comprehensive threat management program and conducting investigations, intelligence collection, analysis, and case management. • Extensive experience with open source research, criminal background information, and other online investigative techniques. • Current member, or ability to become a member, of professional threat assessment organizations such as the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays, and respond to emergent or time-sensitive situations. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Highly adaptable and flexible, with ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally. • Professional competency in Google Suite workspace applications and Mac OS. • Certified Threat Manager (CTM), or eligibility to sit for the CTM exam, preferred. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; years of experience may be substituted. • International experience/living abroad preferred. • Regional expertise in Latin America, Asia, Europe, or the Middle East preferred. • Language skills, data analysis, planning and policy drafting, training and exercise experience, and incident commander experience preferred.
