📋 Description

•Join a rapidly growing company in the air and sea freight transportation sector. •The role involves both farming and hunting: maintaining existing clients while also prospecting and acquiring new ones (cold calling, meetings, follow-ups). •Business development and customer acquisition. •Budget implementation. •Client relationship management. •CRM system updates and usage. •Coordination with operations and other departments. •Maintaining a positive company image. •Regular reporting to direct manager. •Collaboration with partner network. •Managing workload distribution within Sales Support. •Onboarding of new hires (systems, processes, offers).

🎯 Requirements

•Previous experience in logistics/transport, particularly in the Air & Sea sector – approx. 5 years. •Holds a Bachelor’s degree. •Should have a strong client portfolio and market knowledge. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. •Adaptability and solution-focused mindset. •English – advanced level (mandatory).
