📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes • Use market insights to drive revenue growth and strengthen the product portfolio's market position • Collaborate with product managers on build, buy, or partner decisions • Establish pricing strategies, package offerings, and bundling options for SaaS solutions • Develop business cases and predictive ROI models for investment and market planning • Formulate and implement market entry strategies for new SaaS offerings • Coordinate cross-functional efforts during product introduction and launch • Track and evaluate KPIs for product market introduction initiatives and adjust strategies as needed • Maintain documentation of product processes, definitions, workflows, templates, and best practices • Gather and integrate feedback to improve product operational procedures • Lead continuous improvement initiatives • Serve as liaison for product management tools and systems, coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and administrators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated expertise in product commercialization, operations, management, consulting, software development, or a similar capacity within the SaaS sector • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is advantageous • Exceptional business insight with analytical and critical thinking skills for strategic decision-making • Proficiency in managing systems, processes, and data • Strong capability in conducting product, market, and financial analyses • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple projects and initiatives • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels • Independent, quick learner with problem-solving skills, requiring minimal supervision • Meticulous attention to detail and strong technology aptitude
