📋 Description

• Receive inbound calls to support students with loan applications • Assist students and family members regarding payments, eligibility, and funding • Make a difference in supporting a student’s academic future • Work up to 9 hours daily including breaks in a fast-paced environment • Handle customer inquiries, challenges, and maintain accurate records

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service roles • Confident in PC skills • Ability to interact with a variety of people • Ability to learn in a virtual training environment • Resilience in handling challenging calls • Ability to achieve Avg handling time targets • Proficiency in navigating multiple complex systems • Flexibility and good time keeping • Secure internet connection with a private working area
