📋 Description
• Manage a portfolio of hotel technology customers, building trusted relationships • Identify and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Finance and Sales teams • Use customer insights and AI tools to identify risks and support forecasting
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in hotel technology, hospitality software, or a related technology environment • Familiarity with property management systems and the wider hotel technology ecosystem • Experience using customer relationship management platforms and AI-driven sales tools • Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC
