• Work with Product Managers to shape product plans, priorities and roadmaps, making sure decisions are grounded in real customer needs. • Turn ideas into clear product backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria, using simple language that works for engineers and non‑technical stakeholders. • Spend time understanding customers through conversations, feedback and data, and bring those insights into product discussions. • Support product launches by helping create sales, demo and onboarding materials so customers see value quickly.
• Experience in a product‑adjacent role such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Customer Success or a similar customer‑focused position. • Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar, to support research, documentation or day‑to‑day tasks. • An understanding of hospitality operations, or a strong interest in learning how hospitality businesses work. • Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders, explaining ideas clearly and adapting your approach when needed.
